Continuing the variety and diversity of the first album " Overlitt " in 2019 , Shadow Project will dissolve and exhale the life experience absorbed in the past two years, using more mature arrangement techniques, mixing, and production to create catchy melodies, giving birth to a new creative album " TAKE A BREATH " .

If the first album celebrates the bravery and fearlessness of a newborn calf, " TAKE A BREATH " records in detail the restraint of Shadow Plan, which is like a pupa and waiting to shed its shell. Rather than delving deeply into the pain in one's heart, " TAKE A BREATH " uses everyday language and catchy and cheerful melodies to arrange the faces of life.

The album opens with the push-pull combination song sequence "Lubricant" and "Xiao Wei 2.0 ", symbolizing that love is an indispensable component of young people's lives; "Put on a Stand" and "I Don't" reveal the domineering attitude of Hong Kong men when facing temptation and unequal treatment. "End of Love" is a walk on the beach in the afterglow of late summer, "Washing Machine" is a mood in the rain, and "Space Capsule" is a daydream on a sultry afternoon. The ending song "Love Song 2020 ", which has exceeded 10 million hits since its release, symbolizes the end of the three-member Shadow Project and the starting point of the next stop.

The three people and three colors of Shadow Project can be seen in different sections of the song. The album also invited friends in the circle such as A/DA Ada and Yan An to help out, and also got the cross-generational predecessor Huang Pinyuan to contribute his voice, adding new colors to " TAKE A BREATH ".
