Delivery method
(A) Pick up at the office
Customers can choose to pick up their orders at the following locations during office hours. Please present your order confirmation email when picking up your orders .
Office hours: Monday to Friday: 09:30-12:30 /14:00-18:00 (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

(B) Postal Express Pickup Service +$15 (not applicable to large items)
"Smart Post Station" Self-service Mail Collection Service - Learn more about Postal Easy Collection Service
You can choose any post office (except mobile post offices) or iPostal Station from the network of post offices and iPostal Stations covering the whole of Hong Kong as the collection location. Some smart postal stations are open 24 hours a day, making mail collection more flexible and convenient. If you do not pick up the parcel after four days, it will be forwarded to the post office near the Smart Post Station.
- After the mail is posted, the system will send a text message to inform the recipient of the mail
- When the mail arrives at the designated pick-up location, the system will send a text message to notify the recipient to pick up the mail according to the instructions
Note: As vinyl records exceed the size of the smart post station collection cabinet, customers who ordered vinyl records need to go to the post office to collect them.
If you choose this service, please fill in the name and address of the iPostal Station in the delivery address column when placing an order. For example: "Lai King Post Office iPostal Station (PLLKG) G/F, Lok King House, Lai King Estate, Kwai Chung" - Check the location of the iPostal Station
Or you can choose to pick up the parcel at a post office (except mobile post offices) by yourself. If you choose this service, please fill in the post office name and address in the delivery address column when placing an order. For example: "East Kowloon Post Office (KEA) G/F., East Kowloon Government Offices, 12 Lei Yue Mun Road, Kwun Tong" - Check the location of the post office
(C) Pay by SF Express at your own expense
Orders worth $600 or more will enjoy free shipping via SF Express to Hong Kong business addresses/SF Express addresses
Users can choose to use SF Express to deliver to:
1. Industrial and Commercial Building
2. SF Express Pickup Points and Smart Lockers*
3. Residential
*If you choose SF Express Station Pickup/Smart Locker, add a delivery address when placing an order and fill in the SF Express station code and address, for example: "852BAL Shop 38, G/F, Phase 2, Charming Garden, 8 Hoi Ting Road, Mong Kok, Yau Tsim Mong District, Hong Kong"
The amount of charges shall be subject to SF Express’ official website.

Note:
- After the product is shipped , you can check the delivery status on the SF Express website ( http://www.sf-express.com/HK/ZF/dynamic_function/waybill/ ) with the order number . If the express delivery is sent to a SF Express station, you will receive a text message notification to pick it up after it arrives.
- SF Express's delivery time will vary in different regions . If the delivery address is in an industrial and commercial area, it will generally be delivered within one to two working days. Non-industrial or remote areas will require additional working days to complete delivery. As the delivery service is provided by a third party , we will not be held responsible for any loss caused by delays.
Customers can access the Hong Kong Post website and SF Express enters the mail number to track the mail.
(D) Overseas delivery service ( domestic delivery service is not available at this time )

Order method
(1) All product and shipping costs are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
(2) If you require overseas delivery service, please email our customer service email address enquiry@mycdshop.com. Please specify the product name, quantity and delivery address you require in your email. After receiving your order, we will first calculate the shipping cost based on the weight and volume of the goods, and give you a quote together with the amount of the goods. If you agree to the amount, a web page will open and ask you to pay. - Shipping method and mail tracking We use Hong Kong Post International Mail Service for shipping. When the goods you ordered are shipped, we will attach the mailing number to the shipping email. You can click here to check the shipping progress.

Tariff issues
(1) Each country has its own import tariff regulations. When goods arrive at the importing or exporting country, the importing country will determine the tariff or tax exemption for the goods based on the type and value of the goods.
(2) Whether customs duties will be charged on goods after they are shipped has nothing to do with the shipping method used. If your shipment is assessed to be subject to customs duties, the charges will be borne by the recipient. If the recipient fails to pay customs duties or pick up the goods, resulting in the goods being destroyed or returned, the losses caused will be borne by the orderer and the company will not be liable for compensation. If the item you ordered is returned and needs to be re-shipped, the shipping fee will be calculated separately. -
Other considerations
(1) If the product you ordered is out of stock after the order is placed, we will notify you of the stock status via E-mail. If some of the items in your online shopping order cannot be shipped successfully, we will notify you by email. If the original order is cancelled due to the following circumstances: cancellation due to overdue (non-payment), cancellation of some products, cancellation of order due to return, etc., we will update the order status within the corresponding time limit, such as: order cancellation, remaining products have been shipped, product return, etc. You can track your order status in the shopping network member center, and the shopping network will not notify you separately.
(2) Due to customs clearance procedures in various regions, overseas delivery services may be delayed or detained or returned by the customs of the importing country. Please confirm the import regulations and restrictions of the importing country before placing an order. Once the goods are confirmed and shipped, our company will not be responsible for any derivative costs and legal liabilities.
(3) We will pack the goods carefully before shipment. If the goods are damaged due to heavy pressure or other factors during transportation, no compensation will be made. Please consider carefully whether to purchase before choosing this service.
Undeliverable orders
Some orders will be returned due to reasons such as unknown delivery address, no one to receive the package after multiple deliveries, recipient refusal to receive the package, overdue collection, etc. When the shipping company returns the order to the sender, MYCDSHOP will deduct the original shipping and handling fees and 15% of the total product amount from the refund as a return order processing fee, and the balance will be refunded according to the payment method on the original order. MYCDSHOP can arrange for you to re-deliver the returned order, but you need to pay the shipping costs of the delivery company.
