收錄The Man/ The Journey 巡迴演唱會在荷蘭阿姆斯特丹和英國倫敦為 BBC 電視台的現埸表演，演唱歌曲包括More 電影原聲大碟內特別收錄及多首從未推出的作品如早期版的 Embryo 等等。視像(BD/DVD)有廿分鐘The Man/ The Journey 巡迴演唱會在 Royal Festival Hall彩排片段，演唱歌曲包括Afternoon (Biding My Time) 、The Beginning (Green Is The Colour) 、Cymbaline、Beset By Creatures Of The Deep and The End Of The Beginning (the last part of A Saucerful Of Secrets) 和同年其他現場表演片段。附仿製當年記事本。
