British emerging female singer-songwriter Griff won the Rising Star Award at the 41st Brit Awards in 2021. She is responsible for the composition of lyrics, singing performance, and visual coordination. She even made every piece of performance costume she wore by hand. And she is just a 23-year-old girl.
