In 2019, Joey Yung celebrated her 20th anniversary of her debut. Starting from August 5, she held a total of 19 shows of "Pretty Crazy Joey Yung World Tour Concert" at the Hong Kong Coliseum. This was also her tenth time on the Hong Kong Coliseum stage. The concept of "Pretty Crazy" was conceived by Wyman Wong, who showed off her "madness" for work and her pursuit of "elegance" in the dance. She also served as the creative and concept director of the concert. The concert stage was designed by internationally renowned stage designer Es Devlin, who spared no expense in inviting Korean dancers, a Russian brass band and a Chinese Acrobatic Troupe to collaborate.

Joey once again performed at a superb level, coupled with world-class dance and visual effects, making the performance an extremely visual and auditory entertainment. The theme song of the concert of the same name was composed by a Korean musician, telling the story of the queen's 20 years since her debut. The wonderful songs in Hong Kong are all included in 4 Blu-ray + 3 CDs, including chorus songs by stars such as Leon Lai, Jacky Cheung, Ekin Cheng, Miriam Yeung, JJ Lin, Hacken Lee, Jeff Chang, Twins, Louis Koo, Nicholas Tse, Hins Cheung, Leo Ku and others.
