This is the "Ekuria Electronic Body Fat Scale" HCS-FS05, which has a larger LCD screen design that can display a list of measurement data. Together with the University of Tsukuba, we have developed a volume estimation method that calculates visceral fat throughout the abdomen based on MRI measurement data. It can accurately measure 8 items in units of 100g, including visceral fat content, body fat percentage, skeletal muscle percentage, subcutaneous fat percentage, basal metabolism, etc.
Joint research with Professor Emeritus of University of Tsukuba
The ECLEAR electronic body fat scale was developed in collaboration with Professor Emeritus Tanaka of the University of Tsukuba. It uses a volume estimation method to calculate visceral fat in the entire abdomen through MRI measurements, allowing for a more accurate assessment of visceral fat levels.
