GARNiDELiA, a male and female duo consisting of vocalist MARiA and keyboardist toku , are bringing their experiences from their respective solo music activities back to the group to resume group activities. GARNiDELiA is a male-female duo consisting of female vocalist MARiA and composer toku . The name of the group comes from the combination of " Le Palais Garnier de Maria" ( MARiA means Opera House in French) and the word " Cordelia " which was discovered in the year of Toku's birth.

MARiA has worked as a model for various fashion brands and has received support from a large number of women of her generation. She is also responsible for the art design and lyrics writing of GARNiDELiA . toku is responsible for the music production of GARNiDELiA . He has also provided many songs to other singers and served as a music producer.

GARNiDELiA made their mainstream debut in March 2014 with the theme song " ambiguous " for the second season of the TV animation " KILL la KILL ".
