Since its establishment in 1971, the British band Queen has established its immortal position in the rock music world with its gorgeous and avant-garde musical style, which combines classical music with heavy metal. Their classic songs have also been repeatedly covered by later generations.

 "Imagine a fictional composer who took risks like Tchaikovsky, Holst or Mussorgsky. Imagine this composer using melodic fragments, structures or styles from Queen songs and having a large orchestra and choir free to play with them," said Brian, guitarist for Queen. May said, "…the most exciting thing is that this is a composer who is completely out of our control…In this symphony, Cassilver has his own point of view and his own perspective, and he has based it on the songs of the Queen Choir over the past decades and then created a brand new work with these elements."

The modern classical style language in the music of "Queen" deeply attracted British composer and conductor Tolga Kashif . He spent two years composing the "Queen Symphony" in the hope of conveying the original essence of these classics in another language. The symphony was premiered by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra on November 6, 2002 , with Queen's guitarist Brian. May (Brian May) and drummer Roger. Taylor (Roger Taylor) , and lead singer Freddie. Freddie Mercury 's mother attended the concert and was deeply moved, which further strengthened Cassilver's confidence in this work.
