A Momentary Lapse Of Reason (1987) is the thirteenth studio album by the legendary British rock band Pink Floyd. This re-release uses the new mix from 2019's "The Later Years", accompanied by exquisite new packaging (with a 28-page booklet) and high-quality 45 RPM pressings.
The Pink Floyd work without Roger Water's shadow was completed by Pink Floyd members David Glamour, Nick Mason and the returning Richard Wright. David Gilmour and Andy Jackson's new mix adds some of Richard Wright's original keyboards, and re-recorded drums by Nick Mason, restoring the original balance of the three members.
David Glamour said: "Back to the original Pink Floyd music."
Includes three singles: "Learning to Fly" / "Terminal Frost", "On the Turning Away" and "One Slip".
It entered the top five of the British and American pop charts when it was released.
The album cover is taken from the same photography album when it was released that year.
