The "Pepsi Superstar Leslie Cheung Concert" was held from July 29 to August 20, 1988, with a total of 23 shows. It was the 43rd concert held in the Hong Kong Coliseum over the years. Bobby Da served as the music director. It was Leslie Cheung's third solo concert in the Hong Kong Coliseum. He was the first Pepsi superstar spokesperson in Asia, so Pepsi-Cola became the main sponsor of this concert.

Leslie Cheung: I am very happy to be with so many friends in these 23 nights, or almost every night there are different friends coming to see me here. So in fact, if you compare me to an apple, it takes a long time for me to grow from a green apple to a more mature apple, 11 years! During these 11 years, I would like to thank every friend who has spent every bit of their energy to water this apple until it is now mature. This is all thanks to you! In the years to come, I will try my best to make more good movies and sing more good songs for everyone to listen to, but I can't guarantee that there will be so many concerts next time, so I'll have to wait and see you, thank you!
