- Using special professional optical glass instead of polycarbonate as CD substrate effectively solves the problem of double refraction of laser beam, and the accuracy of data reading is greatly improved.
- Apply photosensitive resin to professional optical glass. Generally, the signal of a CD is embossed on plastic by high-temperature and high-pressure injection. Due to the viscosity of the plastic and the rapid change of high temperature, there are many irregular burrs (defects) in the tiny signal pits. The signal layer of the glass CD is pressed with a new material, photosensitive liquid resin. The liquid resin can effectively fill the signal pits on the entire metal master disc. This pressing method makes the signal pits finer and more perfect, and the amount of correct information is naturally increased.
